IE team sent this cake to firefox developer :-)

This horrible-looking cake was sent by the "IE team" to Firefox developer team in "celebration" of Firefox 2 release. The image was copied from Fred's web page. He is an active open source developer. I will donate to help him on his "bandwidth" problem as soon as I open a pay-pal account.



Fred said that this cake was not poisoned! Another guy said that microsoft showed good sportsmanship on this case...

我第一次接触这首歌是在2005年春天, 当时我去北大旁听朱怀球副教授的计算生物学课程.

那时, 不知怎么着, 北大及北京其它几所高校有学生由于各种原因用跳楼来结束自己年青的生命. 事发之突然和集中, 令学校震惊, 令社会舆论哗然.

那次课上, 朱老师没有马上讲课 (或者压根儿没有讲课? 记不清了), 而是非常郑重的同在座的所有学生谈起年轻的我们应该如何面对来自学业\生活的双重压力. 朱老师很年轻, 那时他的孩子大概才一两岁(?), 他以过来人及同龄人的口吻谈他当年曾经面对和我们一模一样的压力和困惑, 以及当他来到北大艰难立足的时候, 他所遇到的压力是学生时代无法相比的. 但是这一切都不能是让人选择逃避的理由, 尤其不能用结束自己生命的方式.

面对已经发生在我们同龄人中间的悲剧, 朱老师让我们不在冷漠的旁观, 而要用心去思考和关爱自己和他人. 最后他用电脑播放了这首《追梦人》, 也许很多人一听到这首歌第一反应是某个电视连续剧, 但这首老歌是罗大佑写来记念逝去的三毛.

从那以后我就对这首歌产生了很深刻的印象.

有证据表明食用柚子增加乳腺癌发病率, 大概是这么回事儿:

柚子这东西能抑止细胞色素CYP3A4这个酶, 因而持续的食用柚子会导致雌激素水平的上升. 雌激素水平与妇女乳腺癌的正相关已是不争事实, 那么这是否能得到"柚子诱导乳腺癌发病" 这个结论呢...
